Ingredients:
1 lb raw ground beef or turkey
3 carrots
3 pieces celery
1/2 – 1 onion (depending on taste)
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 Tb chili powder or other aromatics (curry powder, garlic powder, etc)
1 Tb rosemary or other herbs (oregano, thyme, sage)
Oil or stock for moisture
Directions:
1. Put carrots and celery through food processor.
2. Chop onion finely.
3. In a large pan, saute onion for 2-3 minutes to release moisture.
4. Add aromatics (chili powder, etc), and a touch of oil or stock.
5. Add in carrots and celery and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add Herbs (rosemary, etc) and ground meat.
7. Continue cooking until meat is done. Serve and enjoy!
