HYPERTROPHY EXECUTION MASTERY

The aim of this course is to teach you how to take control of all primary aspects of training for YOUR body. We’ll go into helping you understand anatomy, muscle function, how to make an exercise fit you, rather than you shoving yourself into an exercise etc. Each phase lasts 30 days and places an emphasis on the stated body parts to reinforce the teachings of that phase.
