Choco Protein Pie

– 1 ½ cups chocolate whey protein

– 2tbsp almond milk

– 12oz of soft tofu (silken)

– ½ cup natural peanut butter

– 1 pre-made piecrust / Graham Cracker

Blend all ingredients (besides the pie crust) until smooth (add more almond milk if needed).  Once done, pour into piecrust and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours / until firm.
