Blueberry Delight Post Workout Shake

Ingredients:
16 ounces Organic 365 (or other brand) egg whites
2 packets of organic flax oatmeal
10 ounces organic frozen wild blueberries
5 grams Leucine
5 grams Glutamine

Directions:
1. Combine in blender and blend for 60 seconds. Enjoy!
