Ingredients:
4 omega 3 eggs
4 egg whites
2 cups kale, spinach, and swiss chard
1-2 jalapenos, sliced
1 Tb coconut oil
1 oz almond mozzarella cheese
1 oz raw cheese
4 oz organic chicken, cooked
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 anaheim pepper, sliced
Directions:
1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Mix eggs and egg whites and pour into the pan; scramble for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add greens, jalapenos, and chicken to eggs; stir to mix and heat through.
4. Add cheese, bell pepper, and anaheim pepper to serve.
