Peanut Butter Cookie Waffles

Recipe Submitted by MI40X Ambassador Craig Preisendorf
1 serving

Ingredients:
12 oz Vanilla Muscle Egg
1 scoop Protizyme Peanut Butter Cookie (from Metabolic Nutrition)
1 Tb coconut oil
1/4 c coconut flour
2 whole eggs
1/3 c pumpkin
A dash of stevia and cinnamon

Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Cook in waffle iron.
Note: if you don’t have a waffle iron, throw it in a pan and scramble it: it will be spongy and moist and delicious!  Great plain, or add Walden Farms calorie free syrups to serve.
