1 Serving (easily doubled)
Vegetarian version: Omit bacon
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, diced
1 slice bacon (optional)
1 c coconut milk
1 c almond milk
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and other desired seasonings
Cheese to serve
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium-low heat.
2. Blend in a blender or food processor.
3. Add cheese and seasoning to taste; serve immediately.
