Ingredients:
12 oz Vanilla Muscle Egg
1 scoop Protizyme Peanut Butter Cookie (from Metabolic Nutrition)
1 Tb coconut oil
1/4 c coconut flour
2 whole eggs
1/3 c pumpkin
A dash of stevia and cinnamon
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Cook in waffle iron.
