Choco Mint Post Workout Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein
  • 1⁄2 cup of dextrose or maltodextrin
  • 1⁄4 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 16 oz of water (or low fat milk to increase calories if need be)
