Garlicky Green Beans & Mushrooms

4-8 Servings depending on macro requirement

Ingredients:
2 lb green beans
1-2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 Tb coconut or mct oil
6 cloves garlic, sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan or pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Add mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Add green beans to pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir to mix.
4. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve immediately or store for up to 4 days.
