Thai Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

3 Limes, Juiced

1 packet stevia

1 Tb honey

2 Tb rice vinegar

1 Tb soy sauce

½ inch piece ginger, minced

1 Thai Chili, thinly sliced

 

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together & serve immediately. Keeps for up to 3 days.
