1/2 c cottage cheese
1/2 c egg whites
1/2 c oats
Directions:
1. Blend together in a magic bullet or similar.
2. Add any flavor mix-ins you like.
3. Cook as you would pancakes and top with Walden Farms sugar free syrup (if desired).
