2 cans tuna (about 8-10oz)
1 can white beans (rinsed thoroughly and drained)
1 tomato, diced
1/2 purple onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
1 Lemon, juiced
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Note: This can be eaten immediately, but if you let it sit for an hour (or more), the flavors combine really well.
