Thai Marinade

Makes enough marinade for 1 lb meat or vegetables

Ingredients:

2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped (or 2 Tb minced lemongrass)

½ inch piece ginger, minced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 packet stevia

1 Tb honey

2 Tb low sodium soy sauce

2 Tb avocado or MCT oil

2 limes, juiced

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in bowl.
  2. Add desired meat or vegetables. Let sit for 10 minutes up to 1 hour.
