Dijon Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1⁄4 tbsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  • combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well with a whisk.
  • chill overnight
